Description: Interior and exterior renovations to building structure. Exterior work included new standing seam metal roofing, siding and site work. Interior was a complete demolition and remodel including new offices, plan room & conference room with new mechanical systems and upgraded electrical systems.

Description: Complete infrastructure upgrades and renovations to Winthrop Commerce Center; a mixed-use, multi-tenant complex occupying the former Carleton Woolen Mills building at the corner of Mechanic Row and Main Street in downtown Winthrop, Me.. Current tenants include Winthrop Family Practice, Winthrop Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, MaineGeneral Laboratory Services, MaineGeneral Medical Ctr. Outpatient Imaging Services, MaineGeneral Specialty Outreach Clinics & Augusta Orthopaedic Associates.

Description: Complete new wood framed building construction and site work for Maine Forest Products Council located on the New Belgrade Road in Augusta.

Description: Renovation and addition to MSCU-East branch office location at 170 Hospital Street, Augusta, ME including complete re-development of entire site, including parking areas and drive-thru, selective demolition of building, renovation and new construction to existing including wood framed construction with masonry exterior finishes, new mechanical, electrical and sprinkler systems, hydraulic elevator installation, complete interior finishes including architectural woodwork and newly constructed drive-thru canopy structure.

Description: Complete demolition of the former Roseland Restaurant and constructed a new wood framed multi-unit office building.

Description: Contracted to complete foundation, structural framing and sheathing, interior framing, installing free standing cedar roof framing, pre-finished metal roofing and exterior siding finishes of the Red Robin Restaurant at 52 Stephen King Drive, Augusta, ME.

Owner: Inland Hospital, 200 Kennedy Memorial Drive, Waterville, ME
Architect/Designer: David D. Leasure; Architectural Associates

Description: Complete renovation to birthing center at Inland Hospital in Waterville, ME including renovations to birthing rooms, family waiting area, corridors, halls & lobbies. Renovations included interior demolition, installing metal doors, wood doors and metal frames, finish hardware, glass and glazing, steel studs and drywall, steel beams and columns, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting and upgrades and additions to mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, electrical and nurse call systems. All phases of construction completed in a very busy occupied hospital environment.

Description: New construction-foundation to finish wood framed office complex including complete development of entire site. Wood framed construction with masonry exterior finishes, beautiful rotund style entrance with stylish metal roofing finish, new mechanical, electrical and sprinkler systems, complete interior & exterior finishes including architectural woodwork.
